Spring Break

Was hoping that someone could let me know if the Freaky-Tiki was still open, had ton%26#39;s of fun last spring break, and with two people in our group under twenty-one there isn%26#39;t tons of ';clubs'; that allow underage patrons. Also wondering if there is anywhere besides club kryptonite that allow the 18-20 age group.

Spring Break

Not really sure if they will reopen or not. Ran into some ';legal'; issues towards the end of last season..so, not sure of that. Its sad that Mother Fletchers and now maybe Freaki-Tiki may not be around to cater to that age group. I think right now Club Kryptonite is about the only option. I know there is a new club getting ready to open in the old Baja Beach Club building called Club Maximus (?), and a place called ';Makos'; where the Shark club used to be downtown on the Blvd. And then theres always the ATTIC....

Thanks for that fast reply. We are staying at the holiday-inn(how%26#39;s this hotel, we stayed at polynesian last year hoping this is a little nicer than that) near broadway at the beach, and I know kryptonite is right there. Any idea when the new club is set to open, and also wondering what you would suggest for fun during the day.

I also was going to suggest Kryptonite %26amp; the Magic Attic.

One nice thing about the HI Express Broadway is that it%26#39;s close to alot of things to do..granted you are a bit of a distance from the beach, but you can always catch the bus -- LYMO -- to head down that way. Its probably a bit over 2 miles to get to the beach. Check out www.golymo.com for maps and schedules.

Not sure when the new club will be opening...noticed that they are finishing up signage and such just yesterday, so I would think within the next few weeks.

Man, theres alot to do here thru the day. Of course, you can check out the action on the beach...and around the Pavilion area (amusement park), go karts at Nascar Speedpark, Mini Golf, Myrtle Waves Water Park...snd Broadway at the Beach always has things going on. Have a great time! :)
