Avista resort

Has anyone been there yet? (The Avista Resort) I am trying to decide between it and the bay watch -Any help out there?

Baywatch is near ghetto Atlantic Beach and you can%26#39;t walk to anything. The Avista is near Main Street. At least you have places to go and hang out. Stayed last week rooms were super clean, houskeeping was good and food was good.

Stay at the AVISTA resort. Rooms are large (I stayed in 3 BR condo with 6 adult size men/boys plus my wife (poor wife!). Ocean views are great, beach is huge, service is great. My review was submitted today, should be posted within a few days...including 10 photos to let you see what to look forward to! Far better than the Bay watch location. Suggestion....if you want piece and quite, request high floor condos. I was on 16th (there are 17 floors) and it was great. Lower rooms are noisy, because of pools in the center. On the top floor, you can open doors while sleaping to the crashing of the ocean waves. Stay here!

We also stayed at the Avista. With small kids,we actually preferred the first floor, we had a one baedroom with an oversized balcony overlooking the pool. You do hear the people at the pool, however, it was nice to only have one floor to go up so we didn%26#39;t have to wait on elevators. The avista is a great place to stay in any of the rooms
