Please help, I usually go to Surfside, which I love, but we have to attend a funeral in MB and only have a couple of days. I want a moderate priced oceanfront suite that is convenient to restraunts, but also has some peace and quiet. Thanks so much!
need help choosing..Caribbean resort villas, Camelott or...
Try Forest Dunes on 55th and ocean. This is a very quiet section of Myrtle Beach with few high rise hotels in the area and mostly residential homes. The one bedroom units are privately owned so ask for an A-rated unit.Great views from the 8th floor up. Restaurants within a 2 mile drive that I recommend are Bonefish Grille , Carolina Roadhouse,Villa Mare and Martins. Within 5 miles are Cagneys, Thoroughbreds,Giant Crab and Landry%26#39;s.

Thanks so much, I will check out Forest Dunes and your restraunt suggetions!
Tell whoever you talk to at the desk that Tony Mik sent you over and be sure to request an A-rated unit.We used to own a 1 bed unit but sold and moved to a 3 bed on the 16th floor. The residential section leading up to this hotel is referred to as the Golden Mile. The hotel has a small bar, nothing fancy and a heated hot tub and Lazy-river that is enclosed in the winter.Pine Lakes Golf course is less than a mile away.
you may also want to look into Grande Shores . very nice and in a quiet area . i agree with the suggestions of restaurants , all good .
Have stayed at both Caribbean %26amp; Ocean Reef. Both are nice, clean O/F resorts with restaurants nearby. Don%26#39;t know anything about Camelott.
