Bachelor Party Advice

I%26#39;m planning a bachelor party sometime in the March - May timeframe. 10-15 guys all around 30 years old. Will want to golf, party, etc.

Any advice on the following two items?

1. Timing: is there a ';better'; time to go? weather, special events, availability/cost of lodging/golf?

2. places to stay: would love to get a nice beach house or condo on a golf course. Any recommendations on a specific place or a rental company that provides good service/rates?

I would think any time between March and May would be good weather-wise and crowd-wise (or lack thereof). There should be plenty of resturants/bars open this time of year for your group. Especially in April and May. And rates for lodging and golfing should be good too since this is off season.
