We are planning a trip in late September. Seawatch is the only oceanfront place available to exchange my time share unit. Is it a nice place?

I am not aware of any Timeshare resort on HH called %26#39;SeaWatch%26#39;. Do you possibly mean ';SurfWatch';?

That is Marriott%26#39;s newest Timeshare on the island. There is another thread on this board about this accomedation.

Look for Marriott Surf Watch.

It is called Seawatch at Island Club. Does that help?

The Island Club is in the folly field area, which is mid island.

Some of the units are owner units and some are timeshares. There is a midrise on the property, which probably is what you first identified.

Island club is a nice location, has beach access, but is not on a plantation. so some amenities that you would find at other complexes are not on premises.
