Best Golf value in Charleston

My wife and I will be in Charleston for 1 week at the

end of March. We will be staying downtown and would

like to know the best values relative to golf courses. We plan to play 3 days.

Best Golf value in Charleston

Check out the Charleston Golf Guide at www.charlestongolfguide.com 鈥?they have info on all the courses in town.

If it fits in your budget, treat yourself to a day of golf at Kiawah Island鈥檚 Ocean Course! It is absolutely amazing鈥abulous views as well. It was the course featured in ';The Legend of Bagger Vance'; This is where the 2002 World Cup was played as well as the 1991 Ryder Cup. Golf Digest calls it ';America%26#39;s Toughest Resort Course.'; It is a bit pricy鈥ut if you鈥檙e a golfer (I run tournaments but don鈥檛 play) it is worth it for a day.

Patriots Point Links in Mt. Pleasant (about 10-15 minute drive from downtown)

www.patriotspointlinks.com is the closest course to downtown.
