My friends and I are planning to attend the beach in June for our senior trip and we are having a little trouble about where to stay for the entire week. If you can give us some opinions about the cadillac court hotel whether if we should stay there or not.
Cadillac Court Hotel
Cadillac Court is an older property...but with that being said, for the price of the room, and that they do allow 18+ to rent from them (as long as you have a credit cartd)...its really not a bad place. Its close to alot of things...within walking distance to the ';boulevard area';, restaurants, grocery..etc. Short bus ride or cab ride to Broaday at the Beach and it is ocean front or if you rent a unit across the street, just a short walk to the beach.
They had talked about tearing the place down and reverting to condos...but they will stay with it one more summer.

I wouldn%26#39;t wait much longer to reserve that room. I know from past experience (with my sons) that the places willing accept seniors fill up very quickly!
I agree! The places that will accept those under 21 grow fewer in number every year. I did speak to the owner there yesterday to make sure they hadnt started the conversion to condos...and at that time he had a few rooms left for senior week, but felt he%26#39;d be turning folks away by the end of Feb.
Try www.myrtlebeachtours.com this is a website for student rentals.
with the reference to Myrtlebeachtours...most of the properties that they list are in the North Myrtle Beach area...a pretty good cab ride or car drive to the area where Cadillac Court is. You may want to check out
www.myrtlebeachmaps.com
or
www.golymo.com
to see where some properties are in relation to where the attractions are.
I believe sea park and quality inn and suites also take 21 and under.
You are correct, sweetiepie. Both locations do require a CASH deposit for those under 25. For Quality Inn its $150 and for Sea Park its $100. I beleive that is per room and not per person. I think I would still pefer the Cadillac over either of those properties, tho%26#39;.
Just remembered another one that used to take seniors (3 years ago)....The Polynesian. I think it%26#39;s south of the Pavillion area.
Polynesian does accept under 25%26#39;ers...$50 security deposit PER PERSON...and they are just south of the Pavilion at 10th Ave S (one block north of Coral Beach Resort)
