A few questions about north myrtle

Hi. My husband and I are thinking about coming to North MB for our vacation in May. We are in our early 20%26#39;s and just want to relax and spend some time together (not into the club scene, partying, etc.) We went to Myrtle for our honeymoon and loved it. However, we would like to get away from the crowd this year and we hear that North MB is less crowded and more secluded. Is this true? We are thinking about staying at the Avista and renting through VRBO. How exactly does VRBO work. Do you rent and they send you the keys, or does it just depend on the owner? Any other hotel suggestions? We we first began planning our vacation, we were undecided between Hilton Head, Outer Banks, North Myrtle Beach, and Clearwater, FL. So is North MB what we are looking for? Thanks.

VRBO owner typically sends keys in the mail. Owner lists on VRBO web site. With rental companies such as Elliott, they manage the rental process and handle any issues while you are in the unit. You also pick theykeys up at one of their offices. VRBO and companies such as Elliott both work fine (I personally have had positive exp. w/ Elliott and they have great selections of rental units, regardless of what you are looking for).

Just noticed, you are in early 20%26#39;s. This most likely, will pose an issue w/ Elliott. VRBO may be more flexible since managed by condo owners.

Might look into Hatteras or Ocracoke? All of them are nice but they sound more like what you%26#39;re looking for?

Thank you both for your help. We are both under 25 and I know that a lot of places won%26#39;t rent to people under 25. I will still check out Elliot Realty just to make sure. We are still thinking about OBX and both Hatteras and Ocracoke look beautiful. Thanks again.
