Marriot Properties in HH

We are new Marriott Vacation Club Owners but have never been to HH. Any suggestions on the Marriott HH properties? We will be traveling in September with 2 kids 6%26amp;9.

i travel to HHI quite frequently and have stayed in most of the VC properties.

Heritage and Harbour Club - VERY nice, large units, beautifully decorated, beautiful views. Right in Harbortown, which has lots of shops and restaurants, about 2 miles to the beach.

Grande Ocean...VERY nice, right on the beach, close to the main part of the island for shopping and dining. incredible free form pool...you may never get your kids out of it.

Harbor Point and Sunset Point - great location mid-island. older units, but well kept and clean. most units have beautiful marsh views...about a mile from the beach.

Monarch - great location in sea pines (a gated community), but an older property...last time i stayed there it was showing its age, but i understand they have been or will be remodeling the interiors soon...i would definitely check on that status of that. great pool, much like grande ocean and right on the beach.

Barony Beach - have not stayed here, but sure it is quite nice, right on the ocean. i don%26#39;t like this location as well as some of the others...not that convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Surf Watch - New property, i really don%26#39;t know anything about it.

Swallowtail and Spicebush - older properties, more like townhouses. i have never stayed in these, but they look very nice and are in a great location in sea pines.

Thank you so much for your detailed response!! It will be extremely helpful in planning our trip (we are really excited about HH).

As owners of three weeks at Marriott%26#39;s Grande Ocean resort, we are obviously biased. However, having toured the other Marriott properties, we still think that MGO has the best location.
