Click on South Carolina, then Myrtle Beach. This will list condos that are privately owned. Many have 4 bedrooms and all of them are very nice and priced right. There are descriptions of the condos and the hotels that they are in. Most are ocean front, with pool and many have lazy rivers and a lot have poolside bars.

One nice thing about renting from the owner, you are sent the keys in the mail so you don%26#39;t have to check in at the front desk (big time saver).And usually the rates are a little cheaper this way too.

Oh, and I know that Carolina Winds has a 4 bed. penthouse. They do have a lazy river and pool, but no pool side bar. You just have to bring your own ;). It%26#39;s a nice place. We stayed there last year.

They only have one penthouse so you need to reserve ASAP if you want it.

Most of the places with 4 bedrooms don%26#39;t have a pool/bar. I have a condo that sleeps up to 12 but there is no bar at the pool (no food or drinks allowed in the pool area). Very nice pool and lazy river. You can email me for pictures if you%26#39;d like.. jandja2000@bellsouth.net Sands Beach Club has a pool bar and sometimes a band and a wood dance floor by the pool. In all the hotels I%26#39;ve stayed at, they do allow drinks and food at the pool, just no glass. And alcohol is usually in plastic cups. Just be discreet and you won%26#39;t have any problems. Same on the beach. No glass!, just be discreet with any cans or other alcohol.

Kingston Plantation has 4 bedroom units. Some are oceanfront and some are oceanview. There is an Embassy Suites on the property as well. Bar and food area outside as well as indoor restaurants. Great kid water park. Each ';neighborhood'; has it%26#39;s own pool, about 11 in all. Great health club with indoor pool and very nice tennis courts. All units are owned privately and have different decorating styles. Margate is the newest and most upscale condo on the ocean-with some 4 bedroom units. We stay in Windermere. Windermere has many with 4 bedroom units, some are oceanview and some are lakeview.
