My First visit to MB was last summer I stayed outside of the area so just visited it over two days , the only part i saw was Broadway at the beach and the beach area at the pavillion ( funfair ground ) I know it goes on for miles and miles , how far from this area is it to barefoot landing and the pier and the other entertainments ?
I am comming back again this summer so would like some idea of other places I can go see and check out
came to MB last june/july

Thank you for the link
Miles and miles....60 total to be exact of uninterupted beach front! That%26#39;s why they call us the ';grand strand';. I agree with beachlady. Myrtlebeachmap.com is a great way to get to ';know'; the area. A few other sites you may find useful are www.sunnydayguide.com/myrtlebeach
www.strandmagazine.com
Both have pretty much the same info..but may give you a few ideas of some things you missed on your last trip.
You may think of taking the Safari Tour trip, which is a great adventure. They pickup at your hotel and take you to some out of the way places, tell you of some of our folklore and ghost stories, point out some of our local wildlife and flora. Its really a great deal, and they do all the driving!

Thanks for taking the time to answer i have added links to favorites
Murrells Inlet about 15 miles south of Myrtle Beach is a good evening trip.Theres a section of about 8 restaurants with a dock that runs behind them and 3 of them have live entertainment at night.
Barefoot Landing is about 8 to 10 miles north of Broadway At The Beach.House of Blues and Alligator Adventure are located there along with many restaurants and trendy stores.
