Well, I did locate another that does take 18 and up with no deposit (unless you are paying cash, then its a $50 deposit) and that is The Sheraton at the convention center. Granted, its not OF, maybe two blocks off the beach. They kind of split the difference between Broadwy at the Beach and the beachfont. Guess a number of places that used to accept young adults have raised the minimum age to 25.

Sandcastle South and Holiday Inn Oceanfront will accept 18 year olds.

Most of their properties are in the Cherry Grove or Ocean Dive section of the area...this is quite a distance if you are planning on doing alot of partying say at Broadway at the Beach or come down to cruise the boulevard. Can really run you into $$$$ for the cab fare. However, if you just want a place to crash, and relax at the beach, they have some good options.
