Any recommedations on which is nicer to stay at regarding the rooms and extras (like afternoon tea, night snacks, etc)?
Renaissance or French Quarter?
Both the French Quarter %26amp; the Renaissance are beautiful places to stay. The differences is that the French Quarter is one of out Historical Inns and the Renaissance is a more modern hotel. Both are 4 Diamond! The French Quarter is going to come with the little extras you were talking about. They provide Champagne and Lady Fingers upon arrival, they have a wine and cheese in the afternoon, and they have milk and cookies in the evening. Snacks are provided through out the day. The Reniassance unfortunately does not provide the extras but they do have more modern amenties such as a work out room and a pool. They also have a restuarant onsite (so does the French). Based on what you are wanting out of you accomadations I think I will have to suggest the French Quarter Inn. Also, check out the reviews on this web-site, both have gotten high marks. Enjoy your stay!
