shelter cove anyone?

I came across a place thru trident rentals that rent out villas right on shelter cove. The realtor sent me pictures via email and the villa is really nice. THey charge 150 a night plus tax for a 1 bedroom. This is right on the shelter cove marina. We want to do some deep sea fishing for about 3 days. This seems like a really nice, Clean place. So many of these hotels, like hilton, westin and marriot i have read where people have experience unclean things. I am more concerned about cleanliness verses amnenities. Has anyone stayed here at shelter cove?

We have stayed at Shelter Cove before (anchorage villas). We like that area very much. You can walk to the marina %26amp; shops, but you have to go across the road to Palmetto Dunes to get to the beach. You get access to that beach for staying at Shelter Cove. Nice location for going either way on the island. Always has been nice for us!
