What about Sea Pines....Harbour town

Hi. I found an octagonal house that says its in Sea pines; Sea loft/ harbour town by tidal creek.

The rent is %550 for spring, and that is right up our alley.

Anyone have any info on this?? Is it a nice area/safe??? Please and thanks so much!!!!

If so, that rate is only thu March 17. Then for the rest of March and April, it jumps a good bit.

Now being on a tidal creek doesn%26#39;t mean that you are going to be able to walk on the beach or get to the water. You will be mostly on a marshy mud flat and I didn%26#39;t see any kind of a dock. Tidal usually means that for about half the time, the tide will be out and there will be little or no water there. Just mud.

But if that%26#39;s the house, it looks very nice and you should enjoy staying there. Just don%26#39;t expect it to be a beach vacation.

What about Sea Pines....Harbour town

Sea Loft is an older development just outside the Harbor town area on Deer Island. These are Tree Houses and are built in a circle.

Some of them are fine,but many have a mold problem. Harbor Town is not near the beach, but you can bike to the beach club.

Just remember you get what you pay for.
