Is it to cold in the water in or around say april 10th thru the 15th? Was thinking of taking my wife and 6yr old daughter to the ocean,they have never been. Would this be a good idea or does anyone have a better idea for us a place to go during this time. Keep in mind we live in cincinnati? Thanks for the help and possible ideas.

The weather there in April is very nice...70%26#39;s and lots of flowers in bloom. however the water will still be pretty chilly that far north. florida would probably be a better bet for playing in the surf. also, mid april is the heritage PGA golf tournament, so it will be VERY crowded and expensive.

The PGA Heritage Tournament is scheduled for the week you mentioned. There will be 125,000 people here. It%26#39;s the busiest week of the year.
It might be a little chilly in the ocean, but many of the condo complexes have heated pools.
