I am traveling to North Myrtle soon and would like to know which good restaurants (specifically seafood but am flexible) acccept reservations. Am traveling with pretty well-behaved tweens, but long waits at restaurants tries everyone%26#39;s patience. Don%26#39;t want to eat at the condo every night! When last I was in area, had very little luck locating places that would accept reservations. Thanks for any help you can give.
restaurants in NMB area that accept reservations
Try Filets ,Villa Mare, Bonefish Grille and Chestnut Hill.Even though Villa Mare is Italian it has a Potato Encrusted Grouper entree that is very good.Their Pasta Lucia is large shrimp, spinich, and mushrooms over linguini.
restaurants in NMB area that accept reservations
Rossi%26#39;s down at Galleria Plaza is very nice Italian place. Good seafood. They take reservations, but this time of year, not sure if you would even need them.
Beachlady3= Try Villa Mare and you might not go back to Rossi%26#39;s.Ireally hated the fact that Rossi%26#39;s did not have a non smoking section.
Most of the non-chain restaurants will usually accomodate reservation requests. Some great choices noted by the above posts. Would like to add Collectors Cafe, Thoroughbreds, Chesapeake House (Chestnut Hills sister restaurant), Greg Norman%26#39;s and The Parson%26#39;s Table...just to name a few :)
Thank you for the suggestions. I greatly appreciate it and feel like I have some good dining options!
I agree with you TonyMik...my last few visits to Rossi%26#39;s have not quite been up to par, and it seems like the smoke is thicker everytime I dine there...Have you every tried Villa Romana @ 7th Ave S in MB? Its another great Italian option. Fran and Rinanldo really treat you like family there. I do enjoy Villa Mara too :)
Last year was our families first trip to MB. Our kids were 3 and 1 at the time what we discovered was if you go out to dinner early say 5:00 no later than 6:00 most of the places had little to no wait.
Hope that helps
not only are the places less crowded then, but many offer of them offer discounts to get more people in before 6pm. Gulf Stream%26#39;s ';early bird specials'; are hard to beat. (but that%26#39;s not near NMB).
